Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment

  • Full payment of course fees must be received at least six weeks in advance of the advertised first day of the course
  • Where so advertised, course fees include lunch and hot drinks. No reduction in fee will be made where lunch and/ or refreshments are not taken by the trainee
  • The course fee includes any compulsary materials
  • Payment for non compulsary log books or other course books must be made on the day by cash or cheque

Cancellation

  • Cancellation must be notified in writing to the TVSC training co-ordinator
  • Fees will be refunded in full if notification is received at least 28 days in advance of the advertised first day of the course
  • Fees will not generally be refunded where notification is received less 28 days in advance of the advertised first day of the course, unless the cancelled place is filled by another trainee
